To celebrate their engagement, Lennart is using the rest of his inheritance to buy a Vet Clinic for Morgan. In the Spice District, of course.

It's a very big and industrial looking clinic. Morgan loves it!
There is a café area upstairs where Morgan has put lots of colorful furniture.
