The Sims 4 100 Baby Challenge V2 (Updated for CL / Toddlers)

@Mareviola Thanks for your input! I think it'd be easiest if we'd disallow the networked club perk because getting a skill to level three isn't really a big problem anyway, I feel like the school performance boost would probably be more useful. I didn't know rally the troops was such an effective perk, it's really good that I've been made aware of that now because I would've never thought about limiting any of that because it's not how I personally use the clubs.
