Hi @Erica87, I stumbled upon your thread while looking for a new challenge to try. It's very well organized, informative, and looks like y'all are having a ton of fun playing it. Seriously thinking about trying it out and also @Rawla's Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs challenge. I'm a little hesitant only because my laptop is, well, basically a toaster and struggles when I have more than 2-3 Sims in a household or tons of objects.
Anyway, I noticed you've got a mystery on your hands with some kind of hidden inspiring decor. I might be able to help you with that. Do you happen to have any orchids in your back garden? Those are known to give off an inspiring aura when in bloom and ready to be harvested.
Also, if you have a lump of clay laying around out there, that could be the culprit as well. Though the clay usually doesn't give any auras/moodlets unless it's formed, some Simmers have reported just having the unformed blob can also give off an inspiring aura.
Hope this helps, thank you for the thread and happy Simming everybody! :)
Uhm... Yes I do have orchids in my garden. And they're right next to the chess table as well! That might indeed be where the inspired buff is from, if that's the case then I'll make sure to use the furthest away planter for them in the new house and I just hope that that's going to be enough distance. For now I'm just going to move them into a smaller planter and put them in the living room, after all there's an easel there and that way I can make use of the inspired aura they give.
Thanks so much for your help everybody! I think the mystery is solved
