Bridgeberg Quays and all the other urban ideas look super-comfy.
That said, I'm pretty skeptical about Create-a-World ever coming to Sims 4. Unless Maxis and EA are really charting new territory with their release structure we have to remember that this game is nearing the end of its lifespan and major changes to the core game system (Create-a-World, Open World, Story Progression, etc) that aren't there already are probably just not coming. A developer simply saying something 'isn't out of the question' just isn't a strong enough commitment to make me think they're really planning on changing course this late in the game.
