The Sims 4 Asylum Challenge

Please clarify "Complete two aspirations, then you are free!"

I initially thought you meant the lifetime aspirations but I find them to be long and involved - there is no way you are going to finish two of them in a single lifetime. We won't even touch the three and four for harder levels. I have a Sim stuck on the third tier of his lifetime one - he needs to make and keep friends - which is very difficult in Sims 4.
