@Jezzic4 - not sure what you mean by the character profile thing... I am doing the medium hard version and only 2 of the uncontrollable sims are permitted jobs and they have to be in the Criminal Career. Your main sim, the sim you control, can have whatever job they like (but there are some restrictions as well). When they are at their jobs, the only one you can have "work hard" is the one you control. I hope that answers your question.
