I would love a farming pack (maybe even EP).
Here is what I would love to see added as well and I believe could be done:
Horses: You can rent out and run stables or rent a box for your horse (Don't like that in Sims 3 they had to be at home). You can go to competitions (dressage or jumping) --> probably rabbit hole
Farm animals: Cows, chickens and sheep. All of them have grazing animations and that's it. You can't have them outside their area (object bound). Each has one unique gameplay --> milk cow, take eggs and shear sheep.
