Depends on how... Period they want to make it. 4's worlds weren't really made to be segregated from each other, which is why you see Nancy Landgraab everywhere, so they have to break their back (or code) to do it like with Batuu. It means our packs will play poorly with one another to accommodate.
As much as I love Sims Medieval (I really do) and liked 3's Into the Future, I just don't think 4 is set up to handle time travel well. Or really vacations, since I hate the vacation system in 4.
A Renaissance faire could be the perfect middle ground depending on how they do it (plus we already have knights wandering around with Get Together), but if they try to be too strict or historical ot will not turn out well.
