I think something like a Ren faire might be the only way to get medieval/renaissance CAS and BB, because it would be something the sims from other worlds could reasonably visit. A true medieval pack is unlikely to happen for the reasons Calico45 mentions, so I'd be happy for a Ren Faire pack as an alternative.
