After Bob continued to be skeptical of the aliens in another of my games, Bob and Eric went to sleep and a day or two later...

"Yay, I dug up a rock without getting dirty! Success! Also, the next step in my aspiration is... to host a dinner party, and achieve a silver rating on it... HMM..."

So Bob looked at his relationship panel, and realized that the only person that he knew was Eric.

"DS, having me know only Eric isn't doing a lot towards the whole super rich and famous thing that I'm trying to get going..."

Bob, if you'd let me finish, I'd say that you met more people.

"Oh really..."

Yes Bob.

As I was saying, in order to remedy that, I had Bob introduce himself to some NPCs (Non-Playable Characters).

"Hi, my name is Bob! And I've got a story to tell you. Oh wait, you want to tell me your name-- Well that's not important right now, but let me tell you about the (Non-existent) time I saw a bear!"

"I mean, it was THIS BIG, but I wasn't scared. At all."

If Eric were standing there listening (he's off fishing at the moment), he'd have something to say about that I'm sure...

"Yeah, I would. Bob, I think you're stretching it a bit, especially considering how DS hasn't taken us camping yet."

Yes, perhaps someday soon I'll take you camping...

"That'd be great! I wanna see what kind of fish there are in Granite Falls!"

Well perhaps that'll be in the next part.

"Yay!"

Ok, Bob, we'll see if you like those sim-bears when I send you camping.

I'm sorry Bob, but you'll have to do your showing off later, because I'm trying to tell a story here.

"Fine..."

So Bob continued showing off for NPC/random-sim-that-the-game-randomly-generates-for-each-game Ericka Seay, then went to work. Eric continued fishing and collecting gems and time-capsules, and later that night, I had him talk to the last walk-by of the day.
