Hi,
I decided to try this challenge as well but put a bit of a twist on it. I created all the sims through story mode, so they were all randomly generated. So, they started with random skills, random jobs, etc. and they also get the job reward traits this way, too. When I made them through story mode, I also just randomly picked answers to the story-mode questions.

That's awesome, I love the idea of randomly generating the careers, traits etc. I'm finding the challenge a lot of fun, I hope you do too :smile: I love the lot and story you chose to go with.
