This is using the Torendi Penthouse lot in San Myshuno. It has been completely overhauled to be a three story building large enough to act as a university for your sims. There's enough beds in the dorms for 8 sims.
San Myshuno is the finest private institute of learning. This prestigious university offers on site dormitories and recreational facilities.
It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! :) It is a very nice variety of homes and community venues. Each of them are very nice!

I actually made the last lower income house... It's a little pricer than it should be, because I made it with a certain blue alien in mind.
The house is called Fanciful Fennel. It has two bedrooms and an office. There's a garage that can be turned into whatever you want it to be. It's a Tudor style home to match the four other homes in the neighborhood.
Make sure you enable Move Objects On when placing the lot.

Fanciful Fennel is a lovely family home! :) Very nice exterior design and the interior layout and furnishings are very nice! The blue colour scheme is very nice ! The entrance nook is welcoming with the plants and wallart for Sims to see as they enter the home. Very nice open plan living areas layout. The harvest basket is a nice touch on the dining table, and the softly floral patterned wallpaper in the kitchen is very pretty! Very nice fireplace sofa seats sitting area in the living room for Sim to enjoy relaxing there watching tv, playing console games or reading books near the fire. Very nice furnishing and design of the bedrooms. The flowers on the bedside tables in the master bedroom are pretty! Very nice armchairs nook in the room. The teddy and animal wallart in the kids bedroom are cute! It is a very nice home! :)
The Quartz Casa is a very nice family home! :) Very nice exterior design, and great kids outdoors play area! Very nice furnishing and open plan layout of the interior! The blue, green and pink colour scheme is very nice. Very nice design of the bedrooms! The soft toys in the kids rooms are cute! The patterned floor rugs through the home areas add a nice touch and look to the rooms. It is a lovely home for a sims family :)
