I've been thinking a lot about the Decades Challenge recently and I have an interesting setting in mind that I'd like to play one day (not anytime soon though... I would have to read a bunch of books ...

I can agree with this. I think that's what I was trying to say, with things being mentioned or alluded to, but not played out.
