Refurbished Factory is very nice! :) It looks great how you have based it on the theme of an old factory that has been refurnished and made a home. The brickwork texture of the exterior of the home looks great! It looks nice how you have done the curved fencing on the front left and right hand sides of the home! The garage alcove with the enlarged vehicles in it looks great! It looks nice how you have placed the windows in the build. Very nice backyard pool patio! The shape of the pool is nice. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy cooking on the bbq in the outdoors dining corner nook and eating their meals in the sunshine at the picnic table. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The texture of the walls looks great and suits well the type of home. Very nice living room fireplace alcove near the staircase! It looks nice how you have placed the plants either side of the fireplace. Sims will enjoy sitting chatting on the arnchairs or sofa there, warming up in front of the fire and enjoying listening to music from the stereo. The layout of the living room areas is very nice! Nice corner nook tv watching area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa listening to music from the grand piano being played. They will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows there. Very nice master bedroom! The red and brown colour scheme of the room looms very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the stool seat at the foot of the bed. The red flowers on the beside table are nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings. Very nice design of the kitchen and dining area ! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets there, and the curved bar stool counter looks great! The type of cabinets and counters that you have used looks nice there and suits well the type of home. The fruit bowl on the dining table and the sketch drawing on the wall are nice for sims to see whilst eating their meals. The condiments is a nice kitchen touch on the bar stool counter. Very nice bathroom! The grey wall tiling is nice, and the pictures on the bath tub side wall are nice for sims to enjoy seeing whilst bathing. The hanging robe looks great on the wall there. The clothes shelves and shoes rack alcove is a nice home nook area.
It is a very nice home, that captures the theme well in both the exterior and interior :)

I love your architectural details, great use of bricks and roofing. I adore your landscaping. Very great choices of plants. I also liked your fencing and hedging. Love your pool area by the way. And your interior, amazing! Great mixture of traditional and modern furnishing, and I like your industrial kitchen.

Refurbished Factory is Gorgeous, Folly! I love the exterior design and very cool landscaping. The interiors look awesome with the brick walls and contemporary style furnishings. I love the kitchen! I never really get to use the industrial stuff either, lol. Something to think about for future builds. :p

Very nice work on the industrial build, Folly. I am in love with the interiors! The industrial builds are rather rare; glad you took on the style, and I think you mastered it quite well!
