Toddler trait to Child trait buttom

When you age up from toddler to child, at trait selection interface should exits an option to keep the trair, or equivalent trait, or simply a = as well along a random or dice buttom:

Dice: a random trait is selected
equal: an equivalent trait is selected

equivalent traits:

Charmer = Outgoing
Fussy = Hot-headed
Independent = Loner
Inquisitive = Genius
Silly = Goofball
Wild = Active
