Uhhhhh..... not feeling this. Personally I love the way the sims4 is now and I use the male sims female frame often as well as mix and match clothes. The way it is now, (almost)everybody is happy and free to do whatever gender stuff they want. But honestly your idea sounds too intrusive for people who just want straight sims. Everything in life needs to be balanced. Just my opinion though. :)
