TS4 Makin' Magic Reboot Concept

I remade a few objects from TS1 Makin' Magic. Who else wants a full-on TS4 Makin' Magic remake?

Sadly, I never got to play Makin' Magic. :'( I only ever had the base game with that one.

Your item remakes look great though! And I'd probably love a reboot of it in TS4.

You really should play Superstar and Makin' Magic. They're both still really enjoyable to this day.
  • What are those items on the right? It all looks awesome, I would love for REAL magic and witchcraft to be introduced to TS4, it makes me sad that I can't really elevate my herbalism capabilities to that level.
  • The devs should focus on doing more remakes in this franchise. Everytime they try to do something we had before differently it gets screwed. I mean, look at Sims 2 Apartment Life/Nightlife, they tried to do something new in SIms 3 and everyone hated Late Night (which was a mix of both Sims 2 EPs), then in Sims 4 they tried to do them separately again, but it got even worse. At least in SIms 2 we received much more building options in Apartment Life, while in Sims 4 even the elevators are cosmetic. Get together was supposed to be a brand-new Nightlife, but it should be called "The Club System Expansion Pack!!. I mean, they want to be innovative and all, but common... Look at Sims 3 Island Paradise. THat expansion pack didnt tried to be something that was already done before, and its one of the most cool Sims 3 EP, if not the coolest one.
They should focus on remaking expansion packs as they where originally, and then try to be innovative in new expansio packs that where never made. Sims 4 best chance is probably the Farming EP everyone wants!

I really agree that they can learn alot from the previous games but refuse to. With magic, I think they screwed up when they tried to make witches similar to witches in certain movies, instead of sticking to TS1 style magic which was original and funny. I don't like their "innovations", they can't keep scrapping things that worked really well, like wants/fears, the attraction system, actual NPCs and not townies filling the NPC job, etc.
