I know for in-game screen shots, and game pictures uploaded through the Launcher it's "height=450""width=600" written exactly like that between the img codes and right after the picture code. Should work for any pic I think. And include the quotation marks.
Here is an example (minus the and (no asterick ) that go on either side:
