Hello! Follow along with me as I play Morbid's Ultimate Decades Challenge! The challenge begins in the year 1300 and goes all the way through history to the present day.We will follow Thomas Farvale, 16, living with his parents, Caitlin and Edward Farvale. He has two older sisters. I used a combination of some builds from DivanTheSimmer's Medieval Save and SnarkyWitch's Medieval Henford-on-Bagley. Oh no...Thomas didn't recover and died on aging up! Now this is horrible. I bet you felt really bad when you rolled his dice. Oh gosh. And then almost baby David...oh no...no...thank goodness John was quick and did CPR on the little tike. I am so sorry this happened so early in the game. Oh Thomas....this is indeed sad.

Okay, so I wanted you to know how stressed out I get everytime I have to roll that darn dice. Since the houses are full, I decided to roll ahead for all the children and YA, adults until when the Great Famine is over. So, I already know how things will work out or not work out. I mean there are a lot of rolls I have to do each time the children age up and I was getting so stressed out, so I just went ahead and did them all and wrote them on a sheet of paper as I was rolling. Now, at least I know and will plan the story accordingly. This is the reason they say not to get attached to your sims, but I can't help it.

It is stressful! I did roll ahead for Camilla, since I was planning her story, but no one else I have. I've been rolling two days before their birthday when the notification pops up that it's almost their birthday (since I have custom aging on).

I just couldn't believe it had to be Thomas. And I was so mad pleading with the reaper didn't work. It didn't work for Edward either. Caitlin was waving her hands in the air like she couldn't complete the action. So I went to another household and tested it to see if it worked. It worked perfectly fine and the reaper even spared the random sim I was testing it on. But then when it happened with Thomas he reaped him as soon as he came up the stairs and it canceled the action. I guess there is a certain amount of time in which you can do it and all the time was taken with him coming up the stairs. :(

Honestly I can't even remember if I rolled for Elizabeth when she aged up. I must have, but I just don't remember. I'm sure not doing it now though lol. :D

Oh my. ? I could never do this challenge. I've never had the death of a played sim in my game.

It's time for me to make my character cheat sheet. I kept waiting for a mention of Camilla before I remembered she's with Elizabeth and John. I was even starting to think maybe she's in Soulgal's story. ? I do that with all the novels I read. I'll list the characters as they're introduced and their relationship to the other characters.

Day 18 - Year 1304

Kimberly and Emma came home the next day and as much as Kimberly wanted to crawl under her covers and cry, she forced herself to get up and take care of Emma.

It was time for Emma to age up, but they didn't have any cake, though Kimberly's father did come by later with presents for her.

She turned out to be an independent toddler, which was good for Kimberly in her current state.

At least Emma was doing well. She didn't seem to understand what had happened. Benjamin had brought her some toys for her birthday, but she seemed to be more interested in playing with the newly hatched chicken.

Poor Kimberly! Is Benjamin going to stay with her and Emma for a while?

I'm glad things are going well with Elizabeth and Camilla.

I enjoyed the scene with the Goths too! So Lord Goth is Raven's father, and Lady Goth is her stepmother?
Ravendancer Goth? That name is definitely familiar. I wonder...is little Raven magical like Camilla?
I guess Grim thought tending the garden was the least he could do after all the sadness he's caused (which, I guess it wasn't really his fault that Thomas died) and after not giving Kimberly a chance to plead for Thomas. Sometimes I wonder if Grim feels bad about having to do his job.
