I don't know if it would work, but I would love to be able to build and design my own school.
It could be like clubs, where you choose which skills to focus on building up and which age group will attend. This way you could make a preschool focused on toddler skills, or a magic high school (if/when we get a witches pack) focused on building up magic skills.
Maybe I'm dreaming, but I would buy a pack like this at full price; a university pack, I'd wait to go on sale first.
