Outbuildings aren't allowed, but you can place skill building objects outside. In my mind, I'm viewing the house in this challenge as a rental. Typically landlords frown on building new structures on their lots. Bunk beds are totally fine, and in some lots, probably necessary! :)
I'll check out your house/family when I get into the game later! I'm very curious, and I hope you're enjoying the challenge! Getting all 8 beds by day 6 can be hard, so kudos to you!
