We should really have nighttime options for any sim for whom it makes sense, occult type or not. In addition to nocturnal occult lifestates or Nightowl sims, there are also BFFs who would typically do pretty much anything for their bestie, for example. This would obviously include going out in the middle of the night for a heart-to-heart sometimes (or just go out drinking or go bowling or anything else). I'd also be inclined to include sims with the Serial Romance and Life of the Party aspirations and those with the Dance Machine trait to the list of possibilities. There are probably others, but those popped into my head first.
