We need weather in Sims 4!
Don't we? :) I mean, since day one I was cheering for seasons to be first expansion pack for Sims 4. Would really like some snow and rain in the game, especially sometimes when I am camping! :) ...

I think they can be affected by weather, maybe special certain types of weather for Sylvan Glade and Sixam, because of the atmospheric filters.
But as for the Worlds, maybe each world can be in their own weather/season. Like in one world say Granite Falls It's winter and might be experiencing a Blizzard, and Oasis could be experiencing a Scorching/humid Summer. In another world it's spring and another it's fall, the seasons change of course but they all have their special type by default, but the player can go and toggle, Snow for Oasis Springs if they wanted to.
and maybe within worlds maybe the weather could vary between neighborhoods
like if you're in one neighborhood, and there's thunder and lighting, and it's down pouring, it could be that same weather in the neighboring neighborhood on the map or just cloudy.
