We Urge for this building resource for roofs!!

Well, one of my favourite things of sims 4 is building, but sometimes I feel like roofing resources are a quite insufficient for those who, just like me, appreciate to build modern/contemporary houses. The issue is the innexistence of a kind of a roof plane platform. Let me explain. In some cases we can use half walls to get that aspect, just like in real life, but sometimes it is just not enough, here i put some examples of houses that use the resource that I claim.
