- I totally feel you on this one- I struggled to find even CC veils, I think I found one, and it doesn't suit all hair styles. And I don't tend to play with a tonne of CC. If anyone has details of where to find CC veils (and even wedding dresses actually, I couldn't find many of those either), please share! :)
- Yes, this is something desperately needed in the game. I feel like they would be easier to add the veil as part of a hairstyle though, since they're usually attached to the updo in some way.
- You can probably find some veils at The Sims Resource: https://www.thesimsresource.com/search#/?g=4&q=veil
- hadn't even thought about it a lack of them, I guess because they are...pretty old-fashioned, right? Or is that wrong? I thought they went out as symbols of virginity along with the expectation of a "bride" handed untouched from her father's home to her husband's, and the vow to "obey" but are they still alive and kicking as this face covering til the groom lifts it and all? No one did that at the weddings I was invited to. And my own was barefoot on the beach, destination wedding.
- SEREFRASSeasoned HotshotOh, wouldn't that be nice to have wedding veils.
- Erja888New NoviceWedding veils would be a great addition to the game (I'm looking at you never-released-community-wedding-SP).
- JohnnydeppgirlSeasoned NewcomerWhy aren't wedding veils in the game?! I would LOVE to have wedding veils. And on a related topic, it's impossible to find wedding veils for the sims 2 that covers the face.

Thanks I’ll have a look sometime!- I don't understand why there have never been any veils in game. Sad really, would be nice to have some.

I’m from the UK and I would say veils are pretty common for brides to wear, but often the bride will wear one not covering her face, just going down her back more as an accessory rather than a symbol of virginity. And plenty probably wear them over their faces despite not being virgins! For me personally (and I’m a long way off getting married!) I think I would wear a veil of some sort, but purely because I quite like how they look not for any kind of meaning or tradition? Most people don’t seem to say 'obey' anymore either. I know neither of my sisters used that vow. Also I think beach weddings are beautiful, a slightly older friend of mine did that in Barbados and it looked beautiful (sadly I could afford to go haha, long way from the UK?). Given I’m only 20, I can’t really know what I would want for a wedding, but I think that would appeal if I could afford it? your wedding sounds lovely!
