I would love the awning tool from TS2 to make a return. Also, I think coffee lovers should have extra interactions available to them. Roast coffee should be a thing, it could be done in the oven, and they should be able to make their own blends. Also, grinding coffee, we need to place a grinder but no one uses it. A barista could sell coffee blends and ground coffee as well for the customers. They should also be able to make Turkish coffee and prepare more coffee based drinks like ice coffee, and coffee flavoured with caramel, vanilla, amaretto, rum and Irish cream. Also regular and large servings should be a thing so sims could get more caffeine at once instead of asking for three cups of coffee. We also need a red bull type of drink that will seriously fill the energy bar not just tiny amounts. If they drink too much they would get an increase in focus and speed and be able to do things like speed cleaning and studying. Drinking too much will make them shake uncontrollably.
We actually have a grinder in game already and it is tied to the Cappuccino machine but it is mostly a decorative item. It maybe a simple thing to update. Sims 3 had various Coffee Beans varieties so that wouldn't be major and they could keep the same ones if the wanted. I actually think that they could do the same for Grape varietals for Nectar making just bring back the same ones from Sims 3.
The Sims 3 Beans
- Cortado
- Kona
- Maui
- Midnight
- Red Berry Bean
As for the Sims 2 Awning tool yes and more yes. If I am remembering correctly when we got Mansions and Gardens it added beautiful glass and iron awnings too much like you see in Paris at the subway station entrances. So easy to use and pretty too. I really missed the tool in Sims 3.
