What are some things you'd want to see in TS4?

I know this has been done plenty of times but I want you the things you would like to see in TS4. For me there's some things that have bugged the plum out of me since the game launched, and I just wan...

A empty town lot with the tools for us players to add in roads and lots where we want. So we can build our own towns.
Also a color wheel with boxes that save the last three colors we used. It would be nice to use a chair in our living room
and have it match the colors we want to use. Would like to see counter top stoves and wall mounted ovens.
