What aspect of The Sims 3 would you like to bring back to The Sims 4?

All of them! Not much the pack remakes, but all the other functionalities.

actually i think i just want the ts2 version of these things after thinking it through

like ts3 was bit of overachiever in some things and it kind of broke the game so i dont really want that but idk

also i do miss some build/buy items but its pretty scattered i thought i had screenshot with all of them but i do not o_o

cas is... horror to me but it might just be that sims themselves were really weird shaped in ts3 so everything looked off

aaand for ep remakes idk its kinda like we have half of most of the ep but id like to see something done with other half that was ignored

That is because EA has explicitly stated that an open world is impossible/infeasible with the Sims 4 game engine.
So, I remove that as a possibility.

During the heyday of TS3, The Sims 3 Store was actually much more cheaper (even free) if you had the patience to do the ad sponsors.

Pretty much all the above with my Fairies, Genies, Werewolves, Heartshape Bed, Spiral Stairs, Time Machines, Generations, Moonlight Falls World, Apploosa Plains World & Bridgeport World making a comeback in Sims 4.

Not sure to what extend create a world is possible, could be fun depending on how it's done. I'd like to have the ability to create my own patterns, however I'm not a fan of color sliders, it take a lot of patience to make it look right and I'm already not a fan of the overlay use in some of the newer bb and cas items texture that have ended up looking flat and burned.

None of the above. I want proper story progression back.

I had a difficult time choosing just one as I would like to see all of them. I have been playing Sims 3 more recently and had forgotten the depth that the characters and relationships had compared to Sims 4. I would like to see that as well as all of the options for color variations and pattern variations that we had in Sims 3. While I was not enamored with all of the stuff packs, a lot from the game and expansion packs would be great to have in Sims 4.

Seriously, I wish they would just update Sims 3 with the detailed CAS and object placement options we have in Sims 4.
