I've always really enjoyed the series and bought all of the base games and most of the expansions, but based on all the negative feedback for The Sims 4 I haven't bought it yet. Having seen gameplay footage, I've got to agree with the general consensus that it's an incomplete game and seems a step back from The Sims 3. However, if an attraction system similar to The Sims 2 was added, I'd buy the game for sure.
That would make more sense than Sims just randomly flirting with other Sims -- either the turn ons and turn offs of Sims 2, or just make it more logical who Sims go for based on their traits.
