What CAN be done to fix TS4?

So here is my ideas to improve the base game:
These are pretty simple things that were only in TS's base games and should be patched in for free.

CAS
1. A tag to filter clothes by age. (Teen,Adult and Elder)
2. Set make-up to all clothes.
3. More traits.
4. Eyelash slider.
5. Make-up opacy slider.
6. More traits slots.

Build/Buy Mode
1.Basements
2. Terrain Elevation Tools and Pond tool.
3. Dishwasher and Phones.

Ingame mode.
1. Automatic Memories, identical do the TS2 ones.
2. Carpool and Bus.
3. Political Carrer.
4. Military Carrer.
5. Improved babies.
6. Change last name after marriage.
7. Burglar, Repairman, Gardener, Nanny.
8. Game Consoles.
9. Taxi.

World Map:
1. 3D World Map.

Other:
1.Toddlers.
2. CAW.
3. No loading screen between lots.
4. Better loading screens between neighborhoods. Example: A animation of a Sim travelling in car.

I made my list very basic, after all these are things to be added in the base game.
