What CAN be done to fix TS4?

I miss graveyards, being able to kill sims' easier, because it made my sim's lives more exciting by telling a story of a tragic death. Then going to the graveyard to mourn, and being scared by other ghost. I also miss grocery/consignment stores. I enjoyed the newspaper service, grocery delivery service, and butlers it takes to long to clean up after sims'. I miss buses, taxis, cars, instead of being charged 40 simoleons every time you travel. I really liked TS3 UL I hope they come up with another way to take our sims' through college.
