Would be an interesting thing in connection with get to work:
A Tattoo studio as commercial lot, where your Sim can change his Tattoos (for everyone)

And if you have "Get to work" you can operate your own Tattoo studio
(Similarly to the Stylist in Sims 3: Ambitions )
