What does Sims 4 need to feel complete?

Traits and aspirations that mean something. It does no good to just add more of them while they don't do much. Aspirations should be more like life goals rather than game tutorials. Traits should affect the sims' behavior, like a creative sim who gets fun from painting (for example). Relationships between the sims themselves also needs adjustments. If my sim's husband cheats on her, she should be MAD, and for a good while too. He should have to work at forgiveness. Giving the sims some depths to their personalities. It would be a pretty big overhaul and I don't expect it really, but it's nice to dream about.
