- Movotti5 years agoNew SpectatorA great depression pack.
Where your sims can't get jobs, and their clothes deteriorate, and they can't buy new ones, but they can sew their own from flour and grain sacks. And everyone lives off the grid, and no one has much money. And there is dirt, and dust, and more dust, and some other dust. and a bit of grit.
A goth pack. Because there is never enough goth stuff.
Though, I guess it could just be a stuff pack.
AND
A Battle of the Bands GP or EP
With more instruments, and the ability to form bands, and have music festivals.
Start out as a teenage garage band, go through uni playing in local bars and pubs, either get signed to a label (who dictate a bunch of changes, including changes to your bands lineup), or go DIY, and have to work on the side while you slowly claw your way to fame, but have complete creative control.
Get invited to play at music festivals, your timeslot indicates your level of popularity. If you're in the first slot, you've got a chance at fame, but no one knows your name, if you're the last act, then you've made it to the top.
This could come with it's own world, one that has two recording studios, the plush, and shiny, all inclusive (so long as you've signed away your creative rights) Sellout Studio, and the dark and dingy Den of DIY, where you pay by the hour, but the coffee is free. DIY bands who are at, or nearing the top, can hire the fancy studio, but it costs a lot more than the Den.
The world could also contain a music festival park, a pub to book gigs at, and a fancier music hall, for middling+ bands to have concerts at.
There would also need to be the ability to create your own merch: Tshirts, hoodies, posters, and CDs.
And inline with the idea of the Goth Stuff Pack, perhaps there should be several different band related stuff packs.
Goth and Punk
Psychedelic rock and Glam rock
Jazz and Blues
Folk rock and Metal - Disquietism5 years agoNew AceI wanted to comment some ideas, but damn all the ideas are awesome and I feel like I have nothing to add here XD
But let's try: I would love to see some packs that adds a lot of negative things for your sims to experience from various illnesses, mental breakdowns, more negative traits, etc. I know it would probably too much for many people, but I do like realism, so that would make my gameplay experience much more interesting. At least we got mods for that as I don't think EA would ever make anything like that. - No, I agree @Yautjagirl . More emotions wouldn't be so bad. It would be so awesome if Sims reacted more often. Like for instance family members or close friends being really happy when someone got engaged or married...or even couples being a lot more excited for that matter, especially when they get married. I've mentioned it before, but more moods would be awesome too. Like a Sim feeling nervous and scared, excited, determined, etc. Also, some other kind of mood between couples would be nice, too, instead of just flirty.
- Movotti5 years agoNew SpectatorI just posted an idea for a spring/summer festivities pack, including maypole and morris dancing.
- sallycutecat5 years agoRising AceA schools pack with the option to send the Sim to private school or boarding school, prom and graduation for teens, and a lot of after school activities.
A fairies pack where we can choose our fairies wings, colour and powers. Allow the fairies to go into a small form and give them unique interactions.
It would be nice to have genies too. An advanced wish system, the ability to set free and play as a genie, and give genies unique abilities.
A hobbies and sports pack where we choose our Sim's favourite hobby and sports, they develop interests and their interest grows the more they engage in that activity. The interests could be cooking, arts and crafts, sports, TV, music, reading, magic, etc. It could add new activities like sculpting, and sports like archery, volleyball, tennis, badminton, cricket, etc. They could join a sports team that will work like part time jobs. These could include soccer and Ping Pong (if you have Discover University), basketball (City Living), and bowling (with bowling stuff).
My first 2 ideas are probably game pack ideas, and the last one is probably more expansion pack size. - DonroaAkashu5 years agoSeasoned AceI'd definitely buy a dusty world riddled with sickness.
- As far as packs go, I know I posted this before, but I'm hoping for either an Australian based or African world that resembles Oasis Springs, because we haven't had a world like that since then. They could include wild animals and safari rides. My second choice would be either an Outer Space world or a wedding game pack.
- DonroaAkashu5 years agoSeasoned AceI'd like an outer space world, that can be built in.The Sixam place is so beautiful.
- We should get werewolves that can actually shift into wolves and have werewolf powers, such as strength and speed. Maybe you could do something with the Alpha Beta Omega and mid-member of the pack system; maybe you can become better and stronger. Maybe the full moon can do something to them as well. Another cool thing would be to be able to form a pack.

I agree. This has happened to me more times than I'd like to admit, but my baby, when I moved household, would be placed outside of the lot. It was really frustrating because I was unable to move them inside, so when it rained and my baby was crying it was so hard for my sim to actually take care of the baby.
