What would you like to see added?

Big or small, is there anything traditional or not that you'd like to see added?

For me there's a few:

1. More causes for death. {I think that sims should be able to die to more options. There are a few illnesses but I think it would be neat if left untreated, they could get sicker until they eventually pass.}
2. Height options. {I've been playing for a few years so I'm not sure if this was ever a thing but I think it would be cool to have sims of different heights. Everyone is the same and I feel like it kind of hinders the physical creation a bit. This is probably a lot of work so it's highly unlikely but I think it would be neat.}
3. Burglars. {This was honestly one of my favorite things about TS3. I loved the little security alarm that would go off and how having a brave (check trait accuracy?) dog would cause them to bark and alert the family.}
4. More autonomy/randomization. {I, for one, am very lazy. I do enjoy the game but I wish that there was a higher level of autonomy for the sims. I wish they'd do more without me feeling like I'm forcing them to do every single action. My sims never seem to want to swim unless I make them. It would be cool if they interacted with their pets more and invited over their friends more often. They never seem to initiate contact when they're out so I have to forcibly make them talk to people. As for randomizing, I just wish you could randomize more traits and things like when a child ages up. For the randomization, it's actually less of me being lazy and more of me just being really indecisive.}
5. Zodiac Signs. {Pretty self-explanatory. I just miss these from TS3 and seeing if they were compatible.}

  • * Chemistry System added in a Romance GP. This way our sims have a bit more of a personality about them and they don't fall for just anyone. They have their wants, dreams, fears, ambitions, turn on's, turn off's. Everything that would make our sim unique from the rest.
    * Extended Family whereas the family lineage can extend into different decades and different worlds. "Invite family" to household for family gatherings/reunions. In-laws, step parents, step children, half siblings, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, great grandparents... the whole 9 yards.
    * Staircase Tool so we could finally have the ability to create L-shaped, U-shaped, H-shaped, grand sweeping stairways and spiral staircases.
    * Bad Habits- something The Sims hasn't ever explored, but it would be interesting to have our sims have bad habits. I'm actually surprised nobody has suggested bad habits- biting nails, picking nose, farting in public, leaving toilet seat up, texting while on date, chewing with mouth open, belching. All these are great bad habits which would make for interesting gameplay value and great comedic relief.
  • Honestly, I love each of these. Especially the extended family suggestion. I would love to be able to have a family reunion with little activities and a giant cookout.

I think there's talk about the staircase situation so I hope it's true.

  • Burglars, Firemen NPC, NPC police,
Burglars: because I miss them I mean this is the only PC game without burglars that gave action and excitement in the game. At least for me. Also Burglar Alarms.
Firemen: Because again I missing them coming to the house putting out the fires just the police and Sims 3 we should have a firemen career putting out fires from varies houses in the neighborhood see if the fire was started accidental or intentional (if intentional inform police so they can have an investigation.
Also not just putting out fires but we should save people especially if they really need help like the red heart in gtw in the hospital you can treat them and have the option of taking them to the hospital or not. And cat literally stuck in a tree or roof can be an emergency.
    Can n
NPC police and GTW: We need police when a burglar tries to come into your home and the police shows up either an NPC or your GTW police sim that you gave the job to and if they captured the burglar and you go to work you see the burglar in jail. Also call police for a noisy neighbor for San Myshuno like first you warn them if they don't stop the noise you threatened to call police if they still don't stop you call police the neighbor gets fined and now the neighbors hate you lol. Also vice versa with the neighbors if your loud.
Cars and NPC Vechiles Cars we need because cars are fun teach teen or all sims to drive like they study for permit once they get permit either teach themselves with possibility to mess up car. go to rabbit hole driving school (got to pay.) for 3 lessons to gain a skill or if teen have parents who have a license train them without the school and depend on how much you study take the test (rabbit hole.) It's either you passed or failed or dumb luck maybe one of Sims at the SMV had a good passed you or you can bribe them to pass (maybe it will work maybe it won't.) NPC Vechiles because I miss the school bus for kids/teens. Also it weird looking at the maid, gardener, and repairmen and pizza delivery without a car, also I miss ice cream truck in Sims 3 (that can come out during summer season) also something new your sims don't have a car or they do have a car but want a career call Suber basically a Sims Uber and the career can have different stories and one can lead you have to clean the inside of your car. Wash car either at home or rabbit hole
Preteens Because it's still a big from being a kid to a teen we need a lifestage in the middle their not to young like the kids buy they will grow out of things that kids do like playing make believe, or watching a kids channel, playing with toys, You'll get a pop up saying that's for babies. Would want to hang with friends their age then be with family so imagine how the holiday with season will go First Crushes. They are the more rebellious lifestage then kid or teen especially authority. Or they can be angels. But they are not to old like the teens they still play void critters and do arts and crafts and science on table. They steal older sibling stuff and pester kids especially if friends are around and they get embarrassed when parents are around their friends.
Weddings we need wedding stuff first options on wedding ring with the engagement ring and wedding band. More options on wedding dress and veil, cake, decorations, bachelor/bachelorette party. Pick a best man and Maid of Honor brides maids, Groommen, flower girl, ring barrier, and please let us have the option to walk down the aisle.
    School/Education Gamepack

That's all I can think of

  • 1. Vehicles!!!
Look. Living a lavish lifestyle without a super cool sports car just makes me feel incomplete. Plus, what is with the disappearing in thin air? looool. I’m actually disappointed that it’s been almost 4 years now and such a staple in previous games is still not here. But whatevs.

    2. More sports!
I really would love to see some cheerleading, gymnastics, soccer, tennis, etc. A sport pack would be so cute. Especially if they had matches and there was a ranking system!!!! It feels so weird to me that there’s an athlete career branch and yet I have no idea if my sim is in the NBA or NFL. It’s just weird.

    3. More family features
In my current game I have my sims cousins come over a lot so that way they can be close as kids and have the “childhood bud” relationship (thanks Parenthood ;) ) but I wish there was a way the kids could go to their grandma’s house or stay the night at their cousins house because they’re playing so much. Family traditions would be super cool and events such as family reunions and cookouts together.

    4. Better skill system.
One of my favorite things about the Sims 3 was the fact that your skills had stats. Ex: how many books you’ve written, how many times you’ve won chess, etc. I am especially dying for a better photography system. I loved the one in the Sims 3. It was like a scavenger hunt.
  • This is quite extensive, but these are somethings I would really like to see in sims 4.

    Sims 4: Farm Life

    Farm Career

The farmer career is an active career that requires you to live and work on a farm. You can build your own farm and buy and sell animals and produce using the computer or farmers' market, which is on Wednesdays and Sundays in the town centre or park. The farmers' market sells all sorts of produce, from new livestock which the sim can buy and transfer to their farm, to milk and wool which anyone can buy.

Farmers must attend to their livestock everyday and ensure they are all well fed and happy. This can be done through 'checking' on individual animals or an entire herd. This will highlight any issues an animal has, so the farmer can sort it. A farmer must manage their farm efficiently and effectively to make it profitable. They can take a horse out and ride around the fields to check on livestock not on the farm lot, and take a dog for efficient herding.

A farm vet career is a sub-option of the vet career and they can be called out at any time of the day or night to help on a farm, whether it is delivering a new calf or lamb, to treating sick or elderly livestock. Farm diseases can spread quickly, so it is important to treat infected animals with speed and accuracy.

A farmer also has the option of growing crops in fields not on the farm lot. This requires a tractor or a horse for ploughing the fields. They must plough, plant and harvest fields with a variety of crops to choose from. These can then be eaten or sold at the farmers' market.

At a high level of the riding skill, farmers can teach others how to ride a horse. This creates the idea of a riding school, where sims run a farm for horses and have other sims pay them to teach them to ride. Ads can be sent out using the computer for a riding school and bookings received for unplayed sims to come to the riding school.

Sometimes, a school trip may come to the farm, and a farmer must teach the children about the animals and how the farm works.

    Livestock

Farmers have a range of livestock available to them. These livestock are not playable and do not appear as part of the household, so an unlimited number can be owned. Sims can name each one of their livestock if they so wish, and tag them with a personalised ear tag in case a thief attempts to steal them. Livestock comes in different colours depending on the animals, so they are all individual. The livestock would be genetically similar to the parents, so farmers can strategically breed desirable characteristics and create new breeds. It must be remembered that livestock don't live forever, and can die from old age, disease or for the meat. In these circumstances, they are removed from the care of a sim in the same way a sim death would appear. Livestock includes:

    • Chickens - farmers can collect eggs from the coops. They can also keep a rooster for breeding. Sims need to be careful not to collect eggs that contain chicks!

    • Sheep - farmers can move sheep around so that they can be on the farm lot, or in a separate field. They can be sheered and bred; a farmer may want to keep one or two rams, but they can be a bit of a handful. Sheep can only be moved from fields to farm lots and vice versa whilst contained in a herding pen.

    • Cows - cows can be milked in the milking sheds and can be moved from the farm lot to separate fields. Bulls can be kept for breeding. Cows can only be moved from fields to the farm lot and vice versa when contained in a herding pen.

    • Pigs - pigs can be kept in pigsties on the farm lot and can be bred to be sold.

    • Horses - draught horses such as shires and Suffolk punches, can be kept to pull ploughs and do other heavy farm work, although some farmers may choose tractors over horses. Horses can be bred and can also be ridden around farms. Other breeds of horse can also be kept in the stables and used for farm work, though heavy horses are the most efficient. There should be different sizes of horse, so the biggest such as shires are used for farm work, medium horses such as warmbloods and thoroughbreds can be used for riding, and small ponies such as Shetlands can be used for children who are learning to ride. Horses can also be put into separate fields when not being used.

    • Dogs - dogs can be trained to herd sheep and cows, though this may take a few tries. Sims and dogs can learn the herding skill where the sim teaches the dog whistle commands to herd livestock into pens for checking and moving around. Farmers now have the option to remove a dog from a playable household and let it become a full-time working farm dog. They live in kennels on the farm and can be trained to herd livestock.

    • Cats - farm cats can be owned to lower the rodent population on the farm lot. Sims now have the option for cats to be removed from playable households and become full-time farm cats. They choose their own place to live, whether it be in a barn, stable or pigsty, and will learn the hunting skill. Kittens may unexpectedly appear after a cat has returned from a wonder from the farm. Stray cats may also take up residence on the farm. Sims have the option to chase away farm cats to remove them from the farm. They then become strays again.

    • Llamas - as with the tradition of Sims, llamas should finally become part of the active game and be bred for their wool. Though sims should be careful with these or they could be spat on which causes a drastic change of mood.

Occasionally, youngstock that a farmer has bred get abandoned by their mothers, meaning the sim must take them into their house to care for them individually, bottle feeding and keeping them warm. It is rare, but in this event, a lamb or calf may take a particular liking to a sim and has the option to become part of the household as a pet.

    Build/Buy
Farm lots are bigger lots and off site fields are available to the farmer where they keep livestock. Each farm site and fields must be purchased, much like the restaurants and shops. Farmers can buy as many fields as they would like to expand their farm, but must remember that they must attend all of them.

Farm lots can have pigsties, chicken coops, barns, cow sheds, milking sheds and stables built on them. Kennels are also available for farm dogs.

A riding arena is another thing that can be built for a particularly horse mad family, possibly paving the way to a riding school rather than a farm.

Farmers can buy tractors to help in the fields. These are expensive, but are more efficient than horses. Alternatively, they can buy a manual plough for a draught horse which is cheap, but less efficient.

Farmers can buy a milking stool for manual milking, or an automatic milker.

    Skills
Farmers can learn new skills on the farm:

    • Riding skill - farmers can ride horses and must learn how to ride well. At a high level, they can teach others to ride, and can ride a horse whilst leading another one. This is particularly useful when teaching a child to ride. Sims can keep small ponies for toddlers and children. Toddlers can only be sat on them, but children can begin to learn to ride, which helps build the motor skill. Sims can learn to jump, do dressage and perform tricks with their horse. A riding arena can be built for sims who want to ride properly, rather than just around the farm.

    • Herding skill - farmers can learn to herd livestock with the aid of a dog so that they can transfer livestock from the farm lot to separate fields and vice versa. They will learn certain whistles and cues that the dog follows to herd them into a pen.

    • Crop skill (like the gardening skill) - farmers can learn how to effectively plant and grow crops. They will learn to plough well.

    • Sheering/Milking skills - sheering sheep is not easy, so a farmer must learn how to sheer a sheep properly. The start of this skill may result in some hilarious sheep and llama hair cuts. The milking skill for cows will also aid when manually milking, if an automatic milker can not be afforded.

Please feel free to add anything.
  • Sims 4: Education

    Preschool/Day-care

This idea is for toddlers. Preschools will help to increase a toddler's skills quickly and give them a head start in elementary school. You can choose from a few pre-set preschools:
    • Achieving Children Preschool
    ○ A good preschool that costs money to attend. Toddlers' skills are raised quickly by playing with other children and good teachers.
    • Small Steps Preschool
    ○ A mediocre preschool that also costs a bit of money to attend. Toddlers' skills are raised fairly quickly by playing with other children and mediocre teachers.
    • Tiny Terrors
    ○ A bad preschool that is free to attend. Toddlers' skills will be raised but not very quickly by playing with other children. The teachers seem to ignore the children's skills and just tend to their basic needs.

A new career could surface here as a preschool / day-care teacher. You are able to build the school how you wish and tend the children's needs and skill development. You can hire staff as you go through the levels such as assistant teacher and lunch lady, and can opt to take in babies and toddlers or just toddlers. Your sim can develop relationships with the children and advice parents on which elementary school the toddlers should attend.

    Elementary

This idea is for child sims. You can have a variety of schools in the game. When a toddler ages up into a child, you get the option to choose which school they attend. You must enrol in a school or the child will attend the local public elementary school. Schools include:
    • Public Elementary school
    ○ This is where the child goes if not enrolled in any other school. This is also an option for enrolment. This school is free to attend and the child will receive a mediocre education with no skills gained from the school. They can attend afterschool ballet or soccer. There is no uniform at this school and they do not require any particular toddler skills for entry.

    • Cedar Grammar School
    ○ This school is free to attend and the child will receive a mediocre education with an emphasis on science subjects. They can attend afterschool ballet, soccer or homework clubs. There is a uniform at this school: the child can wear anything as long as it is blue. They do not require any particular toddler skills for entry.

    • Burgh School of Arts
    ○ This school costs to attend and the child will receive a good education with an emphasis on the arts subjects. They will gain creativity skill quickly and will learn to play an instrument or learn to paint or sculpt. Children can also participate in a multitude of afterschool activities such as drama club, orchestra, choir, dance and art club. Children will learn to sing and can choose to be involved with the many recitals and plays. There is no uniform as creativity is encouraged. They require a minimum of level 3 in the imagination skill for entry.

    • Wakefield School of Science
    ○ This school costs to attend and the child will receive a good education with an emphasis on the science subjects. They will gain mental skill quickly and will learn how to conduct experiments. Children can also participate in afterschool clubs such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Psychology. They will work towards science fairs and gain prizes for scientific research. There is a uniform for this school that consists of neat grey trousers and shirt or grey dress and black shoes. They require a minimum of level 3 in the thinking skill for entry.

    • Bridge School of Sports
    ○ This school costs to attend and the child will receive a good education with an emphasis on sport subjects. They will gain motor skill quickly and will learn how to do a variety of sports. Children can participate in afterschool clubs such as soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse etc. There is a uniform of sportswear. This school constantly has matches that the child has to attend on the weekends and afterschool. They require a minimum of level 3 in the movement skill for entry.

    • Princess School for Young Ladies / Master School for Young Gentlemen
    ○ These schools are expensive and the child will receive an excellent education with an emphasis on social skills. They will gain the social skill quickly and will learn poise and which cutlery to use. They must attend afterschool activities such as finishing class, ballet, opera appreciation etc. The children will learn to play a classical instrument here too. The uniform is very smart formalwear that is the same for everyone. They require a minimum of level 3 in the communication skill for entry.

    • Hanslip School for the Elite
    ○ This school is very expensive and the child will receive an excellent education with an emphasis on all of the subjects. They will gain all of the skills very quickly and will learn to play an instrument, sports and everything that can be offered. They can opt to attend afterschool homework clubs, music clubs, sports clubs, drama clubs etc. The uniform is very formal wear that is the same for everyone. They don't require any particular skills, but if the child wants to apply here, they must take a formal test. Having a maximum in all of the skills (including potty) increases a child's chances of getting in, however, the school may see potential in some students and take them on anyway.

    • Turnery School for the Delinquent
    ○ This school is free to attend and the child will receive a terrible education. This is a boarding school, so the child will be away from home for the duration of their childhood. However, they will gain criminal skills and learn to pickpocket as a child. They can attend afterschool activities such as mild deception club and robbery club. The child will not gain any skills. The uniform is all black. This school does not require any particular skills for entry.

Children can choose to perform poorly or well at whichever school they go to, but there is the chance they will get kicked out, particularly from Hanslip. In these circumstances, children must apply to a another school or public school, but they may be rejected. Children can also choose to be home schooled and can take online courses, but these do not increase skills as much as schools would.

    Highschool

This idea is for teenagers. The school and skills the child received in elementary school would affect their choice of Highschool. The teen can choose to continue at the school they attended as a child and gain the same skills or attend another school. All teens must take an aptitude test to see which school they belong at. Their skills and previous schooling will affect this decision, but ultimately it is the sims choice. If they have been at a free school, they may be referred to a private school and vice versa.

    • Public High school
    ○ This is where the teen goes if not enrolled in any other school. This is also an option for enrolment. This school is free to attend and the teen will receive a mediocre education with no skills gained from the school. They can attend afterschool activities to gain skills such as writing or programming. There is no uniform at this school and they do not require any particular child skills for entry. A teen may be referred to this school if they have performed poorly in elementary school or have not got the skills to get into another high school.

    • Cedar Grammar School
    ○ This school is free to attend and the teen will receive a good education with an emphasis on science subjects. They can attend afterschool homework clubs, writing, photography and logic. There is a uniform at this school: the child can wear anything as long as it is blue. They do not require any particular child skills for entry. A teen may be referred to this school if they have performed well, but wish to not spend any money on education.

    • Burgh School of Arts
    ○ This school costs to attend and the teen will receive a good education with an emphasis on the arts subjects. They will gain skills such as violin, piano, guitar, comedy, Djing, dancing, painting, photography, organ and singing quickly. Teens can also participate in a multitude of afterschool activities such as drama club, orchestra, choir, dance and art club. Teens get the opportunity to run recitals and plays. There is no uniform as creativity is encouraged. They require a minimum of level 3 in the creativity skill for entry.

    • Wakefield School of Science
    ○ This school costs to attend and the teen will receive a good education with an emphasis on the science subjects. They will gain skills such as gardening, handiness, fishing, herbalism, logic, programming, rocket science, video gaming and veterinary. Teens can also participate in afterschool clubs such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Psychology. They will work towards science fairs and gain prizes for scientific research. There is a uniform for this school that consists of neat grey trousers and shirt or grey dress and black shoes. They require a minimum of level 3 in the mental skill for entry.

    • Bridge School of Sports
    ○ This school costs to attend and the teen will receive a good education with an emphasis on sport subjects. They will gain skills such as bowling, dancing, fitness, handiness and pet training. Teens can participate in afterschool clubs such as soccer, football, baseball, lacrosse etc. There is a uniform of sportswear. This school constantly has matches that the teen has to attend on the weekends and afterschool. They require a minimum of level 3 in the motor skill for entry.

    • Princess School for Young Ladies / Master School for Young Gentlemen
    ○ These schools are single sex and are expensive. The teen will receive an excellent education with an emphasis on social skills. They will gain skills such as baking, charisma, cooking, dancing, painting, piano, violin and writing. They must attend afterschool activities such as finishing class, ballet, opera appreciation etc. The uniform is very smart formalwear that is the same for everyone. They require a minimum of level 3 in the social skill for entry.

    • Hanslip School for the Elite
    ○ This school is very expensive and the teen will receive an excellent education with an emphasis on all of the subjects. They will gain a random selection of skills, but achieve them at a high standard. They can opt to attend afterschool homework clubs, music clubs, sports clubs, drama clubs etc. The uniform is very formal wear that is the same for everyone. They don't require any particular skills, but if the teen wants to apply here, they must take a formal test. A teen can be referred here if they perform extremely well and gain As in elementary school or have already got a level 10 in an adult skill.

    • Turnery School for the Delinquent
    ○ This school is free to attend and the teen will receive a terrible education. This is a boarding school, so the teen will be away from home for the duration of their teenage years. However, they will gain criminal skills and learn to perform all sorts of criminal activity as a teen. They can attend afterschool activities such as mild deception club and robbery club. The teen will gain the mischief skill. The uniform is all black. This school does not require any particular skills for entry. A teen may be referred here if they have been expelled or caused a lot of mischief and pulled a lot of pranks as a child.

Teens can also be home-schooled and take online courses to specialise in their hobbies.

Teens will have a prom at whichever school they go to and can ask other sims to prom. They can match their outfits and rent limos to get them to prom.

As teens age up, they will attend a graduation. The colours of the robes depend on which school they went to, but the sim can keep the robes forever to remind them of their teen years. They shall receive a diploma when they graduate and can invite friends and family to the celebration. They can also have a graduation party at home. Sims can congratulate each other and take photos for the year book. When sims graduate, they will receive a year book and can remember sims that signed it and arrange to visit them.

    University/Community college

After high school, adults can choose to work (their career opportunities differ with whichever school they attend) or they can go to university. University will open up a host of new careers and opportunities. Each sim will take an aptitude test to see which course is best for them and whether they can apply for a scholarship. Ultimately, any sim can take any course, but some will find them easier than others. There is a variety of courses:

    • Performing Arts
    ○ Sims who attended the Burgh School of Arts will have the advantage here. They require high levels of comedy, music, dance and drama skills to gain a scholarship. Sims will learn these skills on the course and will perform in plays, choose which music ensembles they join and which type of dance they join whether its ballet, tap or hip-hop. Sims who take this course will get the opportunity to be an actor, director, musician, dancer, or in musical theatre.

    • Fine Arts
    ○ Sims who attend the Burgh School of Arts will have the advantage here. They require high levels of painting, photography and sculpting to gain a scholarship. Sims will learn these skills on the course and will create art exhibitions of their own work. They have the opportunity to become an art critic or an artist that is paid more for their work. They can also own a gallery and get offered works to buy for the gallery (a business like a restaurant).

    • PE
    ○ Sims who attend the Bridge School of Sports will have the advantage here. They require high levels of fitness for a scholarship. Sims will be involved in the University sports teams for any sport they wish and will regularly attend games against other universities. They will get the opportunity to become a sportsman in their specific field and possibly go to the Simlympics. They can also become a high level coach.

    • Sciences (specifically biology, chemistry, physics and psychology)
    ○ Sims who attend the Wakefield School of Science have the advantage here. They require high levels of programming, rocket science, handiness and logic skills for a scholarship. Sims will have the opportunity to specialise in one of the stated sciences and will get unique opportunities for all of them. Biologists will gain levels of vet skill and has the opportunity to become a vet in a zoo or farm as opposed to a pet vet. Chemists have the opportunity to develop medicines and become a chemist. Physics students have a head start in the science career. Psychologists can become psychiatrists and help other sims overcome mental difficulties. These sims can also work in a laboratory with animals (ethically) and research the mind.

    • Politics
    ○ Sims who attend the Princess School or the Masters School will have the advantage here. They require high levels of charisma and writing skills for a scholarship. These sims will have the opportunity to have debates and later on work in government and perhaps become the president. These sims can also become lawyers.

    • History
    ○ Sims who attend the Hanslip School will have the advantage here. They don't have a necessary requirement for a scholarship, and they may get offered to students with potential. At university, sims will have the opportunity to go the temples to do archaeology. After uni, sims can become historians, archaeologists or re-enactment actors (where they re-enact historical events). They can also run a museum.

    • Media
    ○ Sims who have high levels of charisma and writing may be offered scholarships. Sims will have the opportunity to run their own student paper, radio broadcast, or news channel. After uni, sims can join the journalism career, or become a TV presenter.

    • Criminal Studies
    ○ Only students who attended the Turnery School will be accepted onto this course. Their main objective is to learn how to be a master criminal. On campus, they can steal money, rob other students or lie their way into other courses to gain other skills. These students will learn handiness skills and fitness skills for an easy rob and a quick getaway.

In their first year, students can choose to live in dorms with other first year students. They can join sororities or frats (there are many to choose from) or can start one. In their second year, students must live in a house with other students (whether they are friends or randomly selected). Third year students can live where they please.

Students receive a timetable with all of their opted clubs and classes on. They would then choose to go to classes or not. However, students need to earn enough credits and perform well in the end of term exams or they will be forced to repeat the term.

Each course lasts three terms and the amount the sim learns in each term increases. After each term (year) they move back home. Sims can visit their family while at university.

There is a graduation after the 3rd term and the family can come to celebrate.

    Careers

Sims can become preschool teachers, elementary school teachers, high school teachers or university professors (these can only occur if the sim has graduated from the particular course at uni). These would be unplayable careers, apart from the preschool teacher. Maybe a professor has the opportunity after a certain level in their career to start a school where they choose the grade and skill requirements, what gets taught and which university course they most apply to. The professor would then switch to being a principal and can build a thriving school themselves, disciplining naughty students and inspiring children to follow their dreams.

    • Futuristic pack. It would be amazing to have back a time travel feature and robots, new scientific skills like pretty much what Into the Future (TS3) was about, space cars or hoverboards, cyberpunk outfits, hairstyles and build mode items (Back to the Future fan here, haha).
    • Cars and other vehicles. It would be awesome to have cars back in TS4. We could choose our favourite car or motorcycle brand, have a new driving skill, there could be a sports festival (City Living EP feature) of racing. Other “vehicles” could be bicycles, broomsticks, skateboards, rollers, snowmobiles (as a Seasons EP feature).
    • Mermaids, Fairies and Witches. Could be an Expansion Pack such as Supernatural in TS3 or Island Paradise, or a Game Pack with a new seaside destination, new skills (Charms, Alchemy, Swimming, Volleyball), have wands, spheres, fairydust, new interactions with plants, pets/ fish and children and vampires. New features such as a moon or sun eclipse that have a mood/ skill impact on magical or regular Sims. Mermaids can build easier a singing and swimming skill, and maxing it could let them call other sea creatures. New sea features: the Sims can actually swim in the sea, dive, attend sea sports, collect new fish, sea plants and seashells. New build mode items for the beach could make an entrance with some inflatables, beach balls, sea towels and deckchairs that can let the Sims sunbathe.
    • New Careers. It would be fun to have Burglars back, as a career, and I think it would have a different range of emotion impact between different traited Sims. Teachers could be added to and have new interactions with children and teens, it could have new features for those who have the Parenthood GP, adjust their vacation days when summer comes (Seasons EP). An active Actor/ Director career would be great. Learning scripts, rehearsals, an aspiration as a Public Figure and achieving being a Famous Actor could be added as new features, new interactions such as signing autograph, quote line from the “” movie, a new acting skill, choosing what movie genre will be shot next, being interviewed by Writers or by Social Media, having a new Lot for the premiers of movies and a red carpet would also be a thing.
