Moving on to my current test save, this is Kemi waking up after her wife took only a thousand simoleans and her cat. When they were entertaining guests someone had to tend to the animals. She hired a ranch hand to help but remained out to make sure things were going smoothly. When she came back in to rest for a bit she found her wife flirting with one of their new neighbors. She went right to bed and when she woke she wanted to work with her horses, as Princess was expecting at the time she chose Gideon he took to her lessons quickly and was ready for his first competition before the filly was born. This is also the morning after his first win.

Busy with work Kemi couldn't think about Scarlet but was glad when her new friend agreed to come visit, she had flirted with him earlier before the hall was open part of her just wanted to get back at Scarlet but she did actually like him. When she wasn't here she didn't have much time to care focused on another. Although nothing is ever that simple, he showed up angry after a long argument with his wife, she had seen the exchange and it had been anything but innocent. Despite himself, Umber cheered right up with Kemi.

She supposed she ought to be upset with him being just like her wife but then it was different, not in the literal sense obviously, it was just a matter that one broke a promise to her while the other fell like rain as if he and his wife were on the outs. It wasn't an excuse even in her mind, call it what you want but it was genuine in it's way she didn't think she was a saint that did nothing wrong and could say it made her feel differently, solely because it wasn't happening to her again. After some talking while he cooled his mind it turned to the farm, though Scarlet called then she hung up.

"I guess it is the right size for a... separated sim and a hand, but I can help you for a little if you'd like."

"Actually...I was hoping you could stay for a couple of days....or more the house is so empty and well my new employee is just that she is no nonsense." she huffed, why couldn't she just say she was lonely?

He smiled, he was absolutely sure he should say he knew that wasn't a good idea and they had fights before and he doubted this would be the last but it mattered...how she felt and he really needed to figure it out. They only just met.

"Are you sure....?"

She only smiled.

"I have a spare room, and I'm not asking looking for a kid I can't handle being a mom right now...."

"Surprisngly, I can spend time with a woman without thinking that far in the future." he teased.

She flushed.

"I didn't mean...." she paused as he chuckled.

"I'm kiddin' darlin' I need to grab a few things, maybe a little later today I can come by."

It wasn't long before he came back with a bag, he was in a fairly good mood but she could tell from the stiff way he moved he was stressed, another fight.

"Thanks Umber."

"No thanks required, though I am glad you offered that room the missus is wanting her space."

She nodded in understanding, still not really reacting as she thought she might just how she wanted...at least she could identify her faults without trying to hide them.
