which death do you want to see return

I think illness is an unnecessary evil in this game at the moment, my sims catch it all the time for no apparent reason and get uncomfortable moodlets from it, but nothing else ever happens. Remind me again why I even have to cure it? Medicine costs money and gives my sims an energized moodlet I don't even want because, more often than not, I need them to be in a different emotional state.

Sims can die by fire, drowning, electrocution, old age, even emotions... but not by illness, even though it exists in the game. That mistake needs to be corrected.
