Why is it called Try for Baby?

Please don't be mean to me cause this post. I play the game vanilla style, and only still on my first family so far. But I gotten 5 kids successfully from "try for baby" building the family. So I guess the option's name amuses me. Please be kind.

I've had it plenty of times where a sim didn't get pregnant from try for a baby. They just make it separate from "woohoo" so they can do "that" without the chance of a baby.
