Wish List - Customizable Rabbit Holes & More

Backstory - When I first started playing the Sims 4, I was really spoiled and unhappy. It has taken me this long (and all the packs) to really understand the genius behind how they've built this game. I'm so impressed. I'm so impressed that I've all but given up my 'Build' threads. I don't have time! I'm busy playing the game. Anyways...

Ideas and things that I have for packs/fixes/etc--

• I would love more farm animals: horses, pigs, and goats. PLLLEEASSSEE!!!!
  
• I would love the ability to create apartments (I'm thinking a special set of doors (or some similar build mode object).
  
• More buffs that are triggered by pre-existing social interactions; I don't want more options.
  
• Thank you for the slow dancing! More actual dance techniques would be awesome: tango and waltz. '
  
• A small telescope, please!
  
• CAS slider that controls a Sims height (*FOR children only! - gives us the ability to create preteens.)
  
• Swimmable water in every world. If there's a large body of water, I'd like my sims to be able to swim.
  
• More shell/rabbit hole businesses and more chance cards that affect relationships and everyday life.
  
• Customizable rabbit hole/businesses. We toggle them similar to a restaurant/can own them, etc. but can't actually go inside.
  
• Cars -- I love the bicycles! Thank you!
  
• A way to select multiple households and delete them - for culling the unplayed Sims. (Also a marker placed on the unplayed Sims households that are instrumental in the game so players are deleting Father Winter or a valuable NPC on accident)
  
• A way of selecting multiple items in the household inventory so we can sell them quickly
  
• Just as a general note, I love being able to interact with the world around my lot. Please include more interactive features; I understand that collectables are a huge part of that, but I'd settle for a chance card/auto start of a scenario that is going to affect a relationship or my sim in some way. (*Gets a broken leg--maybe we unlock a cast?) or (Discovers a new crush - new relationship) and these are triggered just by our Sims being outside and exploring the world.
  
• More items that can be used as gifts when Sims are ordering gifts. As of right now, all I really see is cameras, books, and vegetables. Maybe we could have a gamepack or a kit that was nothing but items for gift giving. Parasols, gloves, shoes, watches, coupons to local eateries, cellphones, different and more toy options, record players, pawnshop jewelry.
  
• Ability to save memories to our notebook! PLEASE upgrade the notebook. I'd love to be able to write journal entries, to save screen shots (and to mark some fo them as memories).
  
  
  A lot of me doesn't want new or more content - I just want upgrades to the content that we have.
