WooHoo: "Ask and I will Tell"

Teenagers have an interaction when they can ask adults about it, but they just look at them and smile. When parents give their children the WooHoo talk, it becomes awkward. What I think would be good is that when teens ask about it, parents instantly give them tell them. It should be just the one conversation.
