I found an article that listed a bunch of clips from old surveys. I thought this one would be a great example of what I am talking about.

This combines Island living and get together. I know I could simply add a club or karaoke bar to Sulani but it would be great to have more swimmable beach front real estate and a beachfront area designed to be a party spot.
