Hmm... Good question and interesting idea.
Hmm... It is possible, using Google Drive or something like that to share the save.
I'd say some things:
- With DLC, you'll have to establish rules which are allowed. After all, I don't know what would happen to saves where a DLC is used that isn't owned by you. Fortunately, there is a way to disable packs without having to uninstall them.
- Then to who are you going to send it and how they will tell you that they've done their relay?
- And finally, what are you going to do with old versions? Keeping them is one of the possibilities...
But yes, it is possible.
