Would love house flipper grunge themed pack

Would love a new world with some buying down run down houses and rebuilding them like in game house flipper would be a nice game feature, maybe also having a bit more messy world like we got it moderately with eco living but that pack has really few residential lots. Think be cool if we could have a pack that mixes the two maybe adding ability to repair and renovate items polish up things. Anyways just a thought think we need more places that has more rundown neighborhoods for stories and playthroughs where that fit better for, just my opinion.
