I kept it there and had my sims spend hours going to each store and the most I saw come in there was some kids playing with the toys in the toy store. Never once did anyone man the registers or did anyone else come to shop or even look around. No one even ran the food stands they had in the central walk areas. It looked like a giant empty mall.
After a couple weeks of visiting and hoping people or register people would show up I finally bulldozed it and remove it from my library. It was a shame as the creator put tons of work into it and it was an amazing job- but was rather useless.
I believe that's probably why this thread was created in the first place?
There's obviously a desire for this type of lot, the gallery is full of them. But as you stated, they don't work. Wouldn't it be nice if they did?
