Would you like to have a grocery store lot where your sims would go grocery shopping, could work at, or own ?

Only as part of a larger pack with other content that interests me more. I'd take them if they were included along with something else. Maybe as a Town Life pack of some sort. (Yes, referencing the older games there). Realistically, I'd need more blank lots though to add them.
