Actual villains would be great. I often try to make a villainous sim, but the Evil Trait the way it is, is more annoying than anything. And can add a whole new depth to the game. But I agree, we're unlikely to get anything like that.
They didn't even give use burglars in The Sims 4. I miss them. I remember starting a game in The Sims 3, and the first night a burglar broke in and stole the TOILET and SHOWER. I had to wait for my (brother and sister) sims to get back from their first day of work to be able to afford to replace the toilet.
But some of the ideas mentioned above are great.
