I'm having a hard time thinking what they would do to even make a Sim villain one second this villain Sim would do an evil interaction to another Sim next second they would be chatting best buds. Would it have to be another pretend its happening but its really not features seeing as memories are not a thing and we sure cant expect a reaction when a evil Sim does something beyond the animation of the villainous act.
I can see it now... Villain steals candy from a bassinet evil laughs next second mother and villain chatting.
