XCom Invades The Sims 4

Sol 1 - The Other Missions

At the time of The Alien Brain's death the other Aliens were on Missions. Before we continue with our current character lets show where the others are and what they were up to.
First up over in Willow Creek we have a Sectoid Leader and a Sectoid Medic on an abduction mission. They are in disguise and entering the home of Bob and Eliza Pancakes. While Eliza would be the closest target they choose instead to head upstairs to attempt to abduct Bob. The Medic watches the doorway while the Leader attempts to subdue Bob. During the ensuing struggle Leader's disguise is ripped away and at this same moment on Mars, The Brain is being obliterated by heavy plasma. The loss of Psionic connection causes both Sectoids to experience a loss of consciousness. Bob manages to step back from the struggle only to discover in horror what has been attacking him. He goes into survival mode and attacks the Leader. Without being able to comprehend his situation the Leader is defenseless and Bob lands several blows. And then throws the alien to the ground with a huge thud. Eliza by now has heard the commotion and has retrieved a hunting rifle. She enters the upstairs room thinking she is about to shoot a "Normal" intruder only to be shocked by the presence of a pale skinned dark eyed monster. She screams and her shriek startles the Medic back into awareness. Eliza does not see the Medic. Bob picks up the Leader as Eliza takes horrified aim. As she pulls the trigger the Medic tackles her. Eliza hits her head on the gym equipment and is knocked out dropping the rifle. Bob darts over and wrestles with the Medic for control of it. The Leader slowly coming out of his daze is now back to his feet when a shot rings out. The Leader screams an awful tone as the bullet rips through both his arm and wall landing somewhere off in the distant creek. The Medic now in a survival panic lunges toward the Leader and they both crash through the window and tumble over the balcony railing. Another alien scream as the Leader breaks his right leg on impact. The Medic is a bit luckier as she lands in the bushes with minor scrapes.

As with our previous character they are confused and do not know where their ship is at. The Medic picks up the Leader as best as she can and trudges with him to a nearby park. She lays him down on the bench while she tries to collect herself. and this is where they will end Sol 1.

Back in Newcrest....

As Sol 1 started in another neighborhood of Newcrest a different Medic was on her own mission. She was instructed to infiltrate the home of a Human and steal her identity and scan her mind. Further instructions were to follow. She landed her small scout ship in the rear of the home and upon entry scanned the first human she saw. This scan accessed the memories and knowledge of the human and also pacified the human's knowledge of the Medic being an alien. The Medic could now live with this human and also assume her identity. Using the supplies she possessed she fashioned a well cloned facsimile to cloak in. As her new host was still dazed from her mind scan the Medic went outside to begin the next part of her mission. But just then the Brain was destroyed and as before the Sectoid fell to the ground as if someone flipped an off switch.

About a half an hour later the human goes out to get her mail and sees what appears to her is a human. Even though the cloaking has failed the human is still under the influence of her mind alteration. She only sees a human lying on the ground and wants to help her. She brings the Medic back into her home and offers her some orange juice. This is unfamiliar to the alien who is used to eating things that superior aliens had processed for her race to ingest. But the Human holds the glass and gives her a sip and then the Medic drinks the rest on her own. The sensations are odd. But they are somehow stimulating the Sectoid's brain and she is starting to snap out of it a bit. But how much remains to be seen. The Human asks, "Are you alright? My name is Clair Huron. I found you outside. You can stay here until you're feeling better." The Medic responds "My name is Clair Huron."......

Meanwhile on Sol 1

over in Oasis Springs as the Brain is killed on Cydonia a Supply Ship is flying overhead. As before the loss of Psionic link causes the Sectoids on board to lose consciousness. The ship crashes killing all on board except a female Engineer. As she comes to she is sitting in the control room. She isn't sure what is going on or who she is but she reaches forward and touches an object in front of her. Its a similar to the object that the first Sectoid touched in the first part of the story. As before it seems to download something into her. Its as if her mind has been rebooted with instructions. It tells her that she is an Engineer and that the ship is malfunctioning. She then goes into action and powers down the ship. As she heads down to the power supply floor she sees that two of the three units are exploded and on fire. She manages to extinguish the flames and then collapses outside the craft after breathing in too much smoke.

Also in Oasis Springs...

On the morning of Sol 1 a group of Sectoids in a Large Scout Ship had landed in another area of the world. A team of XCom soldiers had assaulted their landing site and had killed all but one of the Sectoids. But they also were taking heavy casualties and had to abort the mission. The lone Sectoid, a male Navigator was able to take off and was on his way back to base when he was flying over Oasis Springs at the time the Brain was defeated. As before he too lost consciousness and his ship plummeted towards the ground. But since he was at a higher altitude he had time to come to and like the Engineer was close to an alien computer and after regaining his memory instructions was able to gain control of his craft and land safely in Oasis Springs.

So to recap as Sol 1 ends...

We have a Navigator and an Engineer in separate locations of Oasis Springs at sites of Alien craft.
In Willow Creek the Leader and Medic are in the park resting after their failed abduction of Bob Pancakes. The Leader has a broken leg and a gunshot wound to the arm.
In Newcrest the other Medic has assumed the identity of Clair Huron and has brainwashed her. But the alien has not regained her memory yet.
And the Alien from the beginning of the story as it turns out has found the site of an Alien Base and Battleship that had begun to be recovered and dismantled by someone. Possibly XCom? But at this time no humans were on site. Stairs had been added allowing access to upper levels of the ship and access to the underground base. When he touched the computer object it downloaded his instructions. He is a Sectoid Commander. An Elder aged Commander with several missions completed in his lifetime. When he touched the computer it turned back on partial power to the base and sent out a homing signal. But at this time its only able to reach short range. But it has linked up with the other still operational computers. This means that eventually the others can find the base if things go well....
