A New World Like Newcrest, But With Larger Lots

Newcrest is great as a neutral, flexible world, but it’s limited by its lot sizes. I would love a new world that works the same way as Newcrest but includes more large lots, especially 50×50 and 64×64.

Right now, empty lots are rare, and large empty lots are even rarer. Builders who want to create big homes, custom venues, parks, or themed districts don’t have many options.

A bigger, neutral world—something that could fit almost any theme—would give players the freedom to build without having to bulldoze existing neighborhoods.

A Newcrest‑style world with more large lots would be a huge improvement for builders and storytellers.
