[AA] Formative Moments don’t show up if suggestions are filled

If the aspirations panel has filled up formative moment suggestions( I think the max that shows is 5 or 6), if a new one is triggered by doing something a pop up will say that a new formative moment ...

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Hi crin,

Yes even without mods I am having this issue. The panel is maxed out with formative moments and if I get another one from doing something it notifies me that it will show up in the panel but because it's full it doesn't show up. Deleting some of them to make space still doesn't bring up the one that came up with the notification.
